WIN Sys is short for WASH Integrated moNitoring System is built for monitoring water, sanitation, hygiene toilets in schools and also to educate students. WIN Sys have two main feature to solve the problem that describe in WASH in Schools problem, that is :

• Reporting system

This system uses SMS gateway technology which allows the student to report the ‘bad’ of sanitation facilities, hygiene of water and place of toilets using SMS to this system. We use SMS gateway technology to ease the student report it, with their phones (feature phone and smartphone). With this reporting system mechanism, we hope that it can educate the student to care about the sanitation, water hygiene, and keep the facilities of toilets. But, actually, not only for students, but also for teachers, institutions, and also for government. The data that reported by student and the user will be mining to make decision and reward for the the best volunteer of sanitation care. 

• Evaluate and Comparability

This System also have a web portal that can monitor the report that sent by the students. This web portal also will be visualizing of comparability the amount of complains for each school, so that we can judge and make a decision in sanitation and water hygiene. Integrated reporting system and web portal hopefully can solve the WASH in School that focus in maintenance of toilets facilities and education the students.
